Cancellation Policy

Salon Policy •Deposits Deposits are required at the time of booking. Please note that your deposit is non-refundable unless I need to cancel your appointment. •Appointment Arrival A 10-minute grace period will be provided. If you anticipate being late, kindly contact me. Your appointment may need to be rescheduled. Please arrive with your hair detangled, as this will help me stay on schedule for subsequent appointments. If your hair requires detangling, an additional service charge starting at $40 will apply. •Rescheduling You may reschedule your appointment once within 72 hours prior to your scheduled time to keep your deposit. Rescheduling must also occur within the same week of your original appointment. If you're unable to make the new appointment within this timeframe, a new deposit will be required, or the appointment will need to be canceled. Rescheduling within 72 hours, rescheduling a second time, or attempting to reschedule outside the current month will also require a new deposit. •Color Services When booking color services, please schedule a consultation beforehand. This step is essential to ensure we achieve your desired results. •Appointment Privacy To maintain a calm and focused environment, please refrain from bringing children or extra guests unless they are receiving services as well. •NO Refunds There are no refunds . Please ensure you are completely satisfied with your style before leaving the chair. If you notice an issue, such as a loose track or a slipped micro link, please contact me within 24 hours for a correction. After this period, a new appointment must be scheduled at my discretion. Always feel free to reach out with any concerns. •Length & Density Fees Length and density fees will apply. As you know, thicker and longer hair requires more time, care, and effort, so I appreciate your understanding! •Contact Information Please provide accurate and current contact information. This allows me to reach you regarding your appointment and ensures smooth communication. Note that you must respond within 48 hours regarding your appointment; otherwise, your service will be canceled, and a new deposit will be required to book again. •Professionalism This is a full-time business for me, and I rely on it to support myself and my family. I provide luxury services, and I ask that every client treats my business with respect. Please consider the impact of last-minute cancellations, rescheduling, and incorrect contact details.
